Monday, February 25th, 2008Do you still use the usual Dumbbell Fly routine thinking that it can actually enhance your arm muscles? You might want to try something fresh and more effective. The reason why you need to switch and should try this for a change is that using dumbbells while lying on your back can seriously cause shoulder joints injury.
Try push ups instead.
In doing push ups, be sure your head up to your heels are properly aligned. Don’t forget the step that you will be using to lean your hands on. Do a rep of 8 up to 10 but if you think a step is too low or difficult for you; try a bench or any type of platform that is higher.
If you want to improve and tone your upper body part, you will need this exercise. The reason that your body is inclined during the whole process is already a benefit to you because you are not working against the gravity too much, thus, easier compared to just doing it direct on the floor.
