Setting Up A Garage Gym


Although my Covid garage fitness is not quite the way I want it yet (I keep adding and swapping it out and changing it up), I would like to tell you a little secret: I put it up in my garage, right next to my house, just a few meters from the front door. That means no excuses not to work out, and now I do not miss one workout ever.
